On-site event support

Associate Project Manager 

What you will be doing 

Associate Project Managers have full responsibility for some or all aspects of planning, contracting, organising, and executing events.  

Who you are

You’ll have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the industry

And be fluent in both Greek and English

Freelance On-site event support

What you’ll be doing 

Assisting the project team to deliver an exceptional event and provide on-site support this may include some or all, of the following duties:

Transfers

Meeting & greeting our customers on their journeys to and from the airport, port and or, to and from hotels for in resort activities and dinners.

Onsite 

Support the registration service team, welcoming and registering clients and delegates 

Assist the project manager throughout the event with any general requests from clients such as photocopying, faxing, ordering taxis and any other reasonable requests

Communicate customer comments and compliments to the event team 

Ensure all client preferences are recorded and recognised with the aim of giving exceptional client care.

About you 

Full training will be provided. However previous experience in this or a similar role would be a bonus.  

Fluent in both Greek and English would be advantageous
