In this privacy policy, references to “Kipling Events”, “we”, “our” are references to Kipling Events and Travel Limited, a company incorporated in Greece (company no. 0208E60000571001) with its registered address at 18 Digeni Street, 16673, Voula, Athens Greece
We provide Land arrangements for meetings, incentive conferences and events.
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing with you, we are the “data controller” for the purposes of Greek laws 2472/1997 protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data; Law 3471/2006 protection of personal data and privacy in the electronic telecommunications sector and amendment of law 2472/1997 and the “controller” for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation when the GDPR comes into force on 25 May 2018.

Events
The information you give us relating to your meeting, conference or event may include but not be limited to:

- gender
- address
- phone numbers
- email addresses
- organisation or company name
- financial and credit card information
You may also give us information regarding your employees, representatives or customers for the purposes of planning and organising land arrangements and delivery of our services.

When you contact us directly via our website we ask you to provide an email address so that we may reply to you.
